Delivery time is usually 3 to 10 business days for US and Canada customers. It may be a few business days longer for international customers.
Trace Your Order
Immediately after placing your order, you will be able to log-in to your account with us to view the orders status. To do this, go to Our Store, and click "Log In" at the very top left hand of the screen. Then, click "My Account". You will then see the option of viewing your orders history.
The most up-to-date details of your order are posted in the "My Account" area. If your order says Pending, it means we have not yet charged your card. Orders will remain pending until we have verified the availability of the item(s) you have ordered. Once we have confirmed availibility, we will place the charge on your card.
When your order has been moved to Processing, it means we have successfully placed the charge on your card. If a processing code is posted onto your account, it indicates the package has already shipped.
Tracking is sent to us in batches from our shipping department. Batches are posted weekly onto our client's account. Quite often, you will receive your order prior to the batch tracking being posted.
Returns
We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us as each piece is made of only the top quality materials and craftsmanship. Our return rate last year was just under two percent. We understand however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.
If for any reason you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately. Please note, we can not accept open packages. All handbags must come back with the same wrappings originally in place. Please be careful not to remove any tissue paper or plastic casings from any studs, pulls, zippers, etc. as this will void the return.
If you decide you are not satisfied with the order, please contact us immediately. We will then provide instruction on where to return your item(s). You must contact us within seven days of receipt of the package for either an exchange or refund. The package you are returning will be sent via courier at your own expense. You will be required to provide us with a tracking number for the returned product so we are able to verify with you the packages status. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of initial shipment and therefore can not pay for shipping both ways.
Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.

- Your order number
- The date the order was placed
- The date the order was received
- A list of the produc(s) to be exchanged or refunded
